TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL
We recommend all customers wishing to purchase products on the website win-shop.si to carefully read the Terms and Conditions.
To order a product from the online store win-shop.si, registration is not required. However, to complete the purchase, the buyer must provide billing or shipping address, mobile phone number, and email address, to which a purchase confirmation will be sent. By purchasing from win-shop.si, the buyer agrees to all the terms and conditions stated on the website.
The company DHK d.o.o. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. All changes are binding for customers, so we recommend that you check the Terms regularly.
2. PRODUCT ORDERS
All product orders are made via win-shop.si. Products can be ordered at any time, 24/7. You can order all the products listed in the online store. Products may also be offered as part of a special offer – as a set or a bundle. Product details (name, color, material, type, function) are included in the product description. For more information, contact us at info@dhk.si. All prices are listed in euros (€).
3. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
The sales contract between the buyer and the seller is concluded at the moment the buyer submits the order on win-shop.si. Once submitted, all prices and conditions are binding for both parties. Upon request, DHK d.o.o. will send a copy of the contract via email or post, as the contract is stored at the company’s headquarters.
4. PROMOTIONS
Only products marked as PROMOTION are discounted. Promotions are valid from the date they appear on the website until withdrawn. Free shipping offers are valid from the moment of publication until removed from the homepage. During a free shipping promotion, the checkout will show a shipping fee of €0.00.
5. ORDER STATUS
You will receive order information at the email address provided during the purchase. We will notify you of any changes to the order via email.
6. DELIVERY AND SHIPPING TIME
Products are shipped via available couriers within a maximum of two business days after receiving payment. DHK d.o.o. strives to deliver the products as quickly as possible.
7. PAYMENT METHODS
Products can be paid for via:

Bank transfer: An invoice/proforma invoice will be sent to your email. Payment must be made to our bank account. The product will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment.

PayPal: Payment is made through the secure PayPal platform. The product will be shipped within 2 business days after PayPal confirms the transaction.
The invoice will be sent to the address provided. Shipping costs are charged only for orders under €50 (Slovenia) and €100 (EU), at a rate of €5 + VAT (SI) and €15 + VAT (EU). There are no packaging fees.
8. PRODUCT EXCHANGES
If the product does not meet your expectations (color, material, size, function, etc.), it may be exchanged in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act. The buyer must notify us at info@dhk.si and return the item within 14 days of receipt to:

Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
The returned product must be unused, in original packaging, undamaged, and must not have any removed security tags. If the security tag is missing or removed, the exchange will not be accepted. Custom-made products cannot be exchanged.
9. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The buyer must check the invoice upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported within 8 days. Later complaints will not be considered.
DHK d.o.o. is not responsible for any bank charges, exchange rate differences, or foreign currency fees charged by the buyer’s bank or card issuer.
10. ORDER CANCELLATION AND UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
The order can be canceled within three hours of submission without incurring any charges, by emailing info@dhk.si. Later cancellations are only possible if the product has not yet been shipped. Please include the order number, full name, and address in your cancellation request.
11. VALIDITY AND WARRANTY OF SPORTS NUTRITION PRODUCTS

EXPIRY DATE: WINFORCE products have a minimum shelf life of 12 months from the production date, clearly marked on the packaging.

STORAGE: Store in a cool, dry place (15–25°C), away from sunlight. Use opened products as soon as possible.

QUALITY GUARANTEE: WINFORCE products meet the highest Swiss quality standards. All products are 100% original. Complaints can be submitted if you find any defects.

12. UNSUBSCRIBING FROM COMMERCIAL MESSAGES
You may unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time by writing to info@dhk.si or DHK d.o.o., Kolodvorska cesta 21, 6230 Postojna. Please clearly state your request.
13. COMPLAINTS AND RETURNS
We aim to resolve complaints in favor of the customer and in line with the Consumer Protection Act. You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving goods, by notifying us via email or written mail. The product must be returned in its original, unused, undamaged condition with tags and in the original packaging. We do not accept cash-on-delivery returns.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.
We strive to present product colors and details accurately, but variations may occur due to screen differences. For further questions, contact info@dhk.si.
14. DATA PROTECTION
The privacy policy is available at the bottom of our website. We handle personal data in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR). Personal data is used only for purchase-related activities and never shared with unauthorized third parties. We only share your name, phone, and delivery address with couriers.
15. COPYRIGHT
All content on win-shop.si is the property of DHK d.o.o. or third parties with appropriate permissions. Copying or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.
16. MAINTENANCE WINDOW
We reserve the right to temporarily disable access to the website for maintenance. Technical issues may occur and could result in order deletion. Users should ensure their devices are protected with antivirus software. We will strive to minimize disruptions.
